    I love them!

    All the flavors are delicious. I cook them a little differently than listed. I like to make a meal out of them. I sauté veggies, add the water, bring to a boil, add the broth packet, along with hot sauce, or almond butter, an egg or shredded meat or poultry, perhaps some coconut milk or aminos, and pour it out into an Asian style soup bowl (with the built in rest for chopsticks). I slurp and munch away and am SOOOO satisfied. Yes, it can be eaten as a snack, but I eat either OMAD or 20:4 IF, so I don't snack. Having this as a low carb base (I affectionately call it Keto Helper) makes my meals so much more easier and way, way tastier.
