Accessing your subscription
Once logged in, go into "My subscriptions" from your account management page.

How to reactivate expired or cancelled subscriptions

1. Go to the "Subscriptions" tab from your account page

2. Once there, you will be able to click "Re-activate" to turn your subscriptions back on

How to apply a discount to a subscription
- If you have a special discount code that applies to subscriptions, you can use it by clicking the "apply discount code" link at the bottom of the page! (Please note, most coupon codes do NOT combine with subscription savings).
Please note, when adding a new subscription product, there may be a short delay for your account to be updated. So after adding your subscription please make sure to wait a few minutes for your account to be updated!

How to add a new product subscription

1. In your accounts page, go to "My subscriptions"

2. From the main page, click the "Add Product" button to add a new subscription

3. You will be taken to a page where you can either select the product you’d like to add. Or you can search for the product by using the search bar.

4. Once you've selected the product you'd like to add, you’ll be able to choose the flavor (if applicable), the quantity of the product, delivery schedule and address.

5. Once you've set your choices, click the red "Add Product" button to confirm your new subscription!
Please note, when adding a new subscription product, there may be a short delay for your account to be updated. So after adding your subscription please make sure to wait a few minutes for your account to be updated!

How to cancel, swap or delay your existing subscriptions

1. In your accounts page, go to "My subscriptions"

2. Once there, for your active subscriptions, you’ll see 3 options under the "actions" column

Edit - Allows you to delay or change the next date your subscription gets delivered. Additionally, you can change the quantity or delivery schedule. Plus, you can also update your payment method or address in this section

Swap - Allows you to swap your existing subscription for another product

Cancel - Cancels this existing subscription. To check if your subscription is successfully cancelled, make sure the name of the product is “crossed out” as seen in the screenshot below.

How to see when your next order will be delivered

1. Go to the "delivery schedule" tab

2. Once you're in this tab, you’ll be able to see if you have any upcoming deliveries!

3. If you’d like to skip any future deliveries, you can do so by clicking the "skip" link

4. The "edit" column allows you to change the overall settings of your subscription, which includes: payment methods, delivery address, quantity and future delivery schedule.

How to see your overall order history

Just click the "purchase history" tab to see your order history!
