Hey, I’m Alex, founder of Kiss My Keto.
And four years ago, my mom was diagnosed with cancer.
At the same time, I found out I’m a braca one gene carrier - which makes me more likely than anyone else to contract different forms of cancer.
So in my case, the quality of my diet is something my life depends on.
That’s why I devoted to one of the healthiest diets on the planet - the Keto Diet.
THE CHALLENGES

I remember roaming the aisles of countless local grocery stores. We weren’t even looking for keto products - just low-carb ones.
But what we found disappointed us.
