What is the cost of shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders above $75, anywhere in the US.

When will my order ship?

Domestic shipments are typically delivered in 5-7 business days once shipped. Please consider the time it takes for fulfillment to process your order.

Do you ship internationally? What is the cost?

We have decided to pause international shipping to most countries* at this time due to persistent customs and delivery issues. We are working to quickly set up our products with an international distributor that will make our products more accessible and convenient to purchase. When we finalize these plans, we will immediately notify you via newsletter and/or social media posts. We appreciate your interest in Kiss My Keto and thank you for your patience while we work to make our products more available in your location.

*For eligible international locations: Orders are shipped with DHL Express, or DHL Ecommerce based on your selection at checkout. Depending on your selection, orders may take 5-21 days to arrive. You are responsible for all customs duties and/or import fees associated with your order; these fees are subject to your local jurisdiction and are not collected by or paid for by Kiss My Keto.

What is the latest to get my order shipped the same day?

Orders are sent to fulfillment at 10AM Eastern. Once the order has been received by fulfillment we are unable to make changes or cancel it. Please still allow 1 business day for order processing.

What is your Return Policy?

Please contact support for order discrepancies and damages immediately no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of goods.

What if my package is lost?

If your shipment is lost please contact our support desk so that we can determine how to resolve it.
