This obviously skews the review results and misrepresents customer experience. For a truer picture of customer satisfaction, the company must take its thumb off the scale and not manipulate customer input. If a customer has an issue with the product, they should be free to say so frankly in their public reviews. If the problem is fixed, the company should be free to say so as well. And if the customer is finally satisfied, they can also report that. That would give a much more honest picture of customer experience. People reading the reviews will most likely appreciate the greater transparency and find the feedback more trustworthy. PS - I love the product. I had problems with the last delivery. I detest the feedback solicitation process.
