Now, we offer refill strips for your Kiss My Keto ketone blood meter. Whenever you run out of strips to check your ketones, you can simply order a pack for a month’s worth of supply.
Kiss My Keto’s refill strips are only intended to be used with our very own ketone blood meter. If you prefer it over other brands and want to get started, feel free to order the kit which already comes with a lancing device, lancets, and 10 strips.
All you need to do is take out a strip and insert it into the ketone device, with the arrow outside. You won’t have to code the meter since it automatically receives the strip and your blood sample!
We’ve carefully optimized our ketone blood meter strips for accuracy to help you properly detect whenever you’re in or out of ketosis. Just make sure to follow the directions on the kit.
We know that some people feel uncomfortable drawing blood. The good news is, only 0.5µL of blood is required for an accurate ketone reading!

If you need to check your blood ketone levels day to day, these refill strips ensure that you can keep track of them for an entire month. Our refill pack contains 30 strips. Once opened, they need to be used within 3 months.
Blood ketone testing is the most accurate way to measure ketosis. This tracking method detects the presence of beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) which is the main ketone body.
You will need a ketone blood meter (which we offer as a complete kit) and strips to insert into the meter. The strip is the one that comes in contact with your blood sample. If you check your ketone levels more often (for example, more than once per day on a daily basis), you’ll require more than 1 strip vial.
As you enter ketosis, blood ketone levels rise between 0.5 mmol/L-1.0 mmol/L. This characterizes light nutritional ketosis. Optimal levels range from 1.0 mmol/L-3.0 mmol/L. However, if you exercise, you may notice levels increasing up to 5 mmol/L.
